How it works
Your Karma Score is calculated using your Apple Health data and your personal goals:

• Active Energy (15%)
• HRV & Resting Heart Rate (10%)
• Sleep (15%)
If some data is unavailable, the remaining metrics are automatically rebalanced — you are never penalized for missing sensors.
